Witch's Broomstick

Ingredients:

8 gumdrop orange slices
8 cinnamon sticks (each about 5 inches long)
2 black licorice whips

Directions:

1. Roll gumdrop orange slices into triangles with rolling pin on surface a lightly sprinkled with sugar.  With wet scissors, snip bottom of triangles for broom bristles. 

2. For each broomstick, wrap narrow end of triangle around cinnamon stick to make broom bristles.  Tie in place with short piece of licorice whip.    

Makes 8 broomsticks.
