DLTK's Holiday Crafts for Kids Easter "Draw the Details" Coloring Pages by Leanne Guenther These pages are a step up from the basic coloring page -- they allow children to draw the face (and other details like flowers, eggs and butterflies) on basic spring characters.

Materials:

• printer,
• paper,
• something to draw with (marker, paint or pencil crayon work well),
• something to color with
   
• Optional:  wiggly eyes (eyes)
   
• Optional:  pom poms (noses or buttons)
   
• Optional:  wool, string or ribbon (hair)
   
• Optional:  springtime stickers (extra decoration)

Instructions:

• Click on the link of your choice below to print the template.
• Use wiggly eyes, pom poms, yarn, or stickers to add fun details to your picture.
• Finish drawing any remaining features with markers or pencil crayons. Don’t forget buttons, patterns, or designs on hats, shirts, belts, and shoes!
• Color the rest of the page (if you’re using the black-and-white version).

• If the template doesn’t fit on one page, adjust your printer margins:
  • In most browsers: Print → More settings → Margins → Minimum
