Wacky Witch Paper Craft

Materials you will need are a printer, paper, scissors, glue, and something to colour with.

The photo of the witch we made is the large version -- it takes more paper, but my girls like BIG crafts *grin*.

Print out the template of choice (there's a small version and a larger version).
Colour pieces, as necessary.
Cut out the pieces. This step may require adult assistance. I usually let my 3 year old cut out the large pieces (like template 1 and 4) and I cut out the smaller pieces.
Glue the witch together as follows:
- Glue the head on top of the hat
- Glue the hair on top of the head
- Glue the yellow star onto the hat
- Glue the put together head onto the dress
- Glue the pumpkin, frog or cat (your choice) onto the center of the chest
- Glue the arms onto the dress, overlapping the pumpkin, frog or cat so it looks like the witch is hugging it
- Glue the legs under the dress.
Alternative ASSEMBLY - moveable limbs:
- glue the first template (dress) and the third Template (arms and legs) onto thin cardboard before cutting them out
- Glue the head on top of the hat
- Glue the hair on top of the head
- Glue the yellow star onto the hat
- Glue the put together head onto the dress
- Glue the pumpkin, frog or cat (your choice) onto the center of the chest
- punch a hole in each of the arms and legs with a hole punch.
- punch a hole through the dress where the arms and legs would be attached (shoulders and bottom of the dress)
- put the brass tacks through the limbs and the dress so that the limbs are moveable.

After printing, close the template window to return to the main page.
If the template doesn’t fit on one page, adjust your printer margins:
• In most browsers: Print → More settings → Margins → Minimum
• Or use Page Setup / Printer Setup in your printer dialog
