trace plate
bulletCut a small strip of cardboard and glue it onto the back of the ring over any folds in the cardboard.

bulletThis will reinforce the ring.

bulletGlue the rolls of construction paper onto the wreath.  We made a green pattern, but you can do it however you wish.

bulletPrint out the template of choice.

bulletColor the template pieces and cut out.

bulletGlue the head, hat, bowtie, shamrock and two paws on top of the wreath.

bulletGlue the body, tummy and two paws on the back of the wreath (so it looks like the bear is peeking over the top).
