Quick Christmas Pageant
Love of God for all people of all races in the whole world

Contributed by:  I am a pastor's wife. My name is Martha and I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

At my daughter's school (Lutheran), a few years ago, had a play where different kids would sing in different languages.  So, that gave me a wonderful idea.

I went to the thrift store, purchased a few items of clothing and dressed up kids as follows:

a cowboy - he sang a christian song with a southern accent
a japanese girl. She sang a christmas song in japanese very short
a Spanish girl, sang silent night in Spanish
a german girl, sang Oh christmas tree in German
etc. Then everyone came out together afterwards and sang one song in English...  I think it was silent night..

It was absolutely beautiful and everyone loved it.   We had punch and snacks after the service.
