Biography.com is a webite dedicated to sharing the important and exciting information from a person's life. They have written biographies for so many people from all different times in history and present day. They also write special topic articles about people and their celebrity, role in history and culture, or role in crime and scandal.

Britannica.com

Britannica.com is a website designed to be an online encyclopedia and is dedicated to using new ways of sharing information, teaching, and encouraging people to learn. They have a section called "On This Day in History" where they include a featured biography and event, which is really helpful for researching special days and birthdays to celebrate or observe. You can even search your own birthday to see what else happened on your special day.

History.com

History.com is the website for the television channel that offers programs about history. For a lot of our special birthdays and special historical days, we go to their section called "This Day in History", which gives a bunch of information on important historical events on each day of the year.

Poets.org

Poets.org is a website produced by the Academy of American Poets. They share a variety of resources about poetry including poems, biographies of famous poets, poetry essays, and resources to help children learn about and enjoy poetry. We have a lot of special famous poets' birthdays on our site, so we use this website to research the exciting and important moments in the lives of many different poets.
