Random Acts of Kindness Day is celebrated every year on February 17th and it is a very special holiday dedicated to bringing some more kindness into the world. The best way to celebrate this holiday is to do something kind for someone (or several people)!
Can you think back to the last time that someone—a loved one, an acquaintance, or even a stranger—did something kind for you? How did that make you feel? Probably pretty great! A lot of research has shown that doing kind things and being on the receiving end of random acts of kindness can make a big difference to our health and well-being. In fact, its even beneficial to witness acts of kindness, so the more kindness in our world the better for all of us!
There are lots of random acts of kindness, from big gestures to small acts, that can make a big difference on another person's day and even life! Below we've listed some crafts and activities to help celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day!
