Curly Ribbon
irradescent or matallic looking outfit from the old closet.
Can also use Cellophane. |
| Directions: |
-Get one or several balloons on strings
-Tie them around your neck or to your belt loop.
-Tie a curling ribbon around the same place you attached the balloons - curl the ribbon with a scissor.
-Either wrap your body with irradescent or metallic celophane, or look in your closet for some sorta outfit of the same affect...to look like the wrap you would normally find on a balloon weight!
