| Directions: | Make penguin hat according to the directions. Dress in a black sweater or black cape with black pants and the white shirt. OPTIONAL: Colour the white canvas shoes orange with the fabric marker.. OPTIONAL: Write a quote on the white shirt with black fabric marker. ("It's practically impossible to look at a penguin and feel angry.") |
